Problems opening Form on website

I've been having an issue with your for on my website www.b-limitless.com loading. When opened on a mobile device, the form takes forever to fully load, this is very frustrating for my clients signing up. Kindly inform me if it's a settings error or an issue with WIX and the type of form I Choose.

What I do recommend to try also is to use the iframe embed code of the form and reembed on your website.
