How can I print a full PDF report with photos from my camera?

I am looking to print a full PDF report of my form with included photos. The report that is emailed is small and only includes the link for the .jpg

I would suggest to use the Image Upload Preview Widget. If you use that widget, the images will be shown in the email, not just the title with the url.

Please refer to the video below, I made a test form and submitted the form, you can see the result as well that I received in the email.

I need to take the photo as I work through the form and need that
capability instead of looking for images later. Is there another widget?
Also, how do I get full reports and not small e mail reports.

Unfortunately there is no other widget with the functionality you are requesting. I am sorry to inform you that.

You can integrate your form with Google Spreadsheets and every submission will be stored there so you can have a report. Please follow the instructions below on how to achieve that:
