Remove Credit Card Details

Can you please remove my credit card from Jot Form - I do not want to pay for another year of membership on this platform.

Thanks for reaching back to us. I have scheduled the downgrade of your account to the Starter (Free) Plan. This ensures that you'll no longer be billed next year. The card information will still be shown on your account but as soon as you account is downgraded, it'll be removed. Note that we can't remove the card yet when there's an active subscription, however, I like what I have mentioned you'll no longer be billed next year.
