"GO BACK AND FIX" link does not retain data

I purposely entered erroneous data into the Credit Card fields and received this notification. When I click on the "Go back and fix" link it takes me to a blank black screen and my only recourse is to hit the Home Page button and start all over again. This may frustrate customers if they only got one number on their credit card wrong and have to go back and do the whole thing over again. I assume the JS is a back function? It is not working. Thanks.

I tested your form https://www.jotform.com/73576324434156 (please correct me if this is not the form you are referring to.) and clicked "Go back and fix it", the previous data was correctly saved which is shown in the screencast below.

Can you please try clearing your browser cache by following the guide from this link http://www.refreshyourcache.com/en/home/

Or you can also enable "Autofill" so that all previous data inputted by your customers will be saved in their local web browser's cache/cookies.

You may check this guide on how to enable Autofill https://www.jotform.com/help/227-How-to-Enable-Auto-Fill-on-Forms

I'm experiencing the same issue when embedding the form into my own site.

If I try the standalone form, the back link works just fine. It's when the form is embedded that this is an issue.

Also, any idea why the Square sandbox test credit cards would always return a card error?

    Thanks
