Forgot account password: Unable to find the form associated with the account.

    Hi

    I have created a form for wedding enquiries of which I linked to my word press website and email address.

    I have since tried to log into Jotform to check on the back end as a few of the people that have completed the form have notified me and for some reason we aren't receiving the completed form (even after doing a test prior to making live which worked.


    Now for some reason jot form won't let me log in and even after changing the password and logging back in, it thinks I'm new to the sight (saying I have no previous forms)?

    My log in email is theflowerhound@gmail.com

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I checked your account, I didn't see any form in your account. Can you please share the form ID or website URL so that we can find the account of the related form? Can you take a screenshot of what’s happening and send it to us? This guide will show you how to do that.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
