When users log in to edit an existing form, it will not let them submit it. Here is an example. https://www.jotform.com/edit/3798737306226920090?utm_source=emailfooter&utm_medium=email&utm_term=71345024678155&utm_content=edit_submissions&utm_campaign=notification_email_footer_submission_links

I have cloned your form to replicate the issue but I was able to edit my submissions successfully.
reply from my email.
Please check your internet connection it might be not constant that is why you're having those errors. Also you can try clearing your form cache.
Let us know if the issue still remains.

It's not my internet connection. I have an important client trying to edit my original form ( not a clone ), and she's unsuccessful. It keeps giving her error messages. Is there anyway to fix my original form. It does look like the clone is working, but not the original form. Please advise.
Thanks

I have cleared your form on our server. Could you please check if the issue still persists?
Is this happening on all submission or just this one?
We'll wait for your reply.

I just tried, and I'm having the same problem. It's on multiple submissions. I've tried 4-5 different edit links on different submissions and none are working.

I have used your form the "cloned of Group Information form" and I was able to edit my submissions. Kindly check your email to see that I have edited my submission.
Try clearing your browser cache or check if your antivirus is blocking or allow the updates from Jotform.
Let us know if the issue still remains.

Hi, yes on my cloned form, i did receive your edits. On my original form, I cleared my browser history and even tried in another browser. When I click submit on my edit link, I am not getting the successful submission message, I am getting the same Error message, however, now I am receiving the submissions, even though it says error. Very strange. Please advise.

Did you try clearing your browser cache? or check your antivirus/web protection if its blocking some cookies?
Let us know how it goes.

Yes I did clear my browser's cache. I am unsure how to check the antivirus / web protection, however I do not think that is the problem because the clone version of my form works fine on my computer.

Just to confirm, have you tried using a different internet connection?
Also, are these the error you're still getting? See image below.
