Its been a month and I've deleted submissions and I still cant submit new submissions.

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry this is happening. I recalculated your submission limits and it should be back to normal now. Kindly check your Usage and Limits and let us know how it goes now.

Hi Leo,
Thanks for getting back to us. I’m sorry you're having difficulties with this. I have manually recalculated the Upload Space limit on our backend, and I have cleared the form caches as well to refresh the data. Can you try it again and see how it goes?
If ever you encounter the same issue again after deleting submissions, you can try to clear your browser's cache and cookies and once you are done, log out, then close your current browser session, and re-login to your Jotform Account on a fresh browser session, and check out your account again.
