Currently I am using the free jotform service. I have had 2 form submissions but received a notice that I had reached my monthly maximum and would need to upgrade or my form would be disabled.

I have checked your account and found that, you have crossed your limit of payment based submission which is 1 payment in each month for free subscription.
Both of your submissions are payment based submissions and you are now over limit.
Your quota will be refill on 1st January, 2018.
