Quantity Selector Range with 0

I'm having the same issue. I used the 0 as an option when people changed their minds when ordering (we don't take pre-payments). It's causing more headaches and work for me because now I have to change the order on the tables when I closeout.

    Hi Loretta,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. As per our developer, they already implemented the default range of dropdown quantity to 1 in the Product List. They made those changes to avoid the form owner and the form filler being able to enter 0 as an input. This is to prevent people from submitting forms without making the required payments. Don't worry, if the product has not been selected, it will not be purchased.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

Thanks for your response. The issue is that if someone selects the item and then changes their mind, there is no way for them to remove it from their order. I used the 0 as a way to have them do that.

    Hi Loretta,

Thanks for getting back to us. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

When I selected the product, chose the sizes, and deselected the sizes again, the product itself was automatically unselected. As you'll also notice in the video sample I sent, the error doesn't appear after selecting and deselecting the product and sizes correctly. Lastly, I do a test submission using our Stripe test account. I selected and deselected the items and the subcategory (sizes), and I was able to proceed in checking out the product.

Got it. I was thinking about my end users, will have to get them used to it. Thanks.
