Cannot view embedded form in Mobile

Hi , I got a response to this question and you showed me how to do it with a normal elementor on wordpress. My issue is that I can't see the mobile version (but I do see the desktop version) of the jotform that I already embedded. The explanation that you gave was with an example of how to embed on wordpress.org. I already did exactly that but I don't have the normal wordpress editor, I have WPbakery as my pagebuilder and my theme is Brooklynn. Please help! Its a bit time sensitive because I need it on my mobile version and the site is live.

Thanks for getting back to us. I checked your website and it seems you have embedded your form using the JavaScript embed code. Can you try to embed it using the Iframe embed code and see if it resolves the issue? Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
2. Click on Embed in the menu on the left side of the page.
3. Select the Iframe embed code.

4. Click on the Copy Code button and paste it on your website.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
