Somehow a lot of my conditions got deleted. I am not able to revert or get the option to revert.
please help

Hi Angela,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry that this happened to your form. Unfortunately, we cannot undo or revert the condition settings that have been deleted. When you delete a condition, a popup will temporarily appear in the upper right to undo it, but once it's gone, it can't be reverted.
Using Jotform's Conditions feature, you can create a number of conditions, like the ones shown below:
Creating one of these Condition Types is easy. I'll walk you through it:
- Open your form in Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Conditions.
- Click on Add a New Condition and select a Condition Type.
- In the If field, select the field that you want to trigger the condition.
- Then, select a Field State.
- In the Do field, select an action.
- Now, select a field, click on Save, and you're done.
