The menu and format seem to have changed on my Form for distribution and submissions. There uses to be a "More" button. Please advise how to send my form to a customer for completion and submission.

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I'm quite unsure about the issue, can you share the URL of the form in question? If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that will help us to better understand what’s going on. We have a guide about how to do that here.

How do I "Publish" the form for customer completion? The options appear to be gone.

Hi Jim,
Thanks for getting back to us. I believe you are referring to the "More" button from the My Forms page. For it to show, you'll need to hover your mouse over the form. Check the screenshot below:
