How do I downgrade my account?

    I would like to downgrade back to my free account.  Thank you

    It seems that you have already clicked on Downgrade button from your account. I see that the account is now scheduled to downgrade to Free by 19-Jan-2018. Since the account subscription was paid using PayPal, it is also required to cancel the subscription from PayPal dashboard to avoid further billing. Please follow the steps provided in the guide below to cancel the subscription from PayPal.

    Thank you, I have cancelled my PayPal subscription. Why does my downgrade not occur immediately.

    We don't cancel subscriptions immediately because that entire period was already paid for. This ensures that anyone who cancels prior to their next billing date will be able to continue using the service if needed.
