Cannot access account suspended due to suspected phishing activity

Hello, we are having difficulty logging in to our free account. The most recent day we accessed the account was on Monday 3/25. We have utilized the password reset feature; however, each time we make a new password it does not work. We need assistance. Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Your account linked to the email address you used on this thread was suspected of phishing activity for collecting credit card information through the fields in your YOUTH ENTERPRISE, INC. - PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION FORM (223407316277152) shown in the screenshot below:

Due to our PCI certification, we are required to deny the collection of credit card details on regular forms. But we have other PCI-compliant ways to do this. You can choose any of the payment processors available in our platform to integrate with your forms. You still won't be able to collect credit card details directly though. If you only want to collect your customer's payment details and charge them at a later date, you can take advantage of the Payment Authorization feature that is available to selected payment processors you can integrate with your form. We have a guide on how you can do that here.

We will only lift the suspension on your account if you agree with our terms and allow us to delete the credit card fields shown above.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Thank you for your reply and assistance. That form on our account has been disabled/ deactivated prior to us not having access.
That form is not being used.

Hi Alina,

Thanks for getting back to us. Even if the form is not in used, if you have an offending field in the form, your account will be suspended. We can help in reactivating your account but we will have to delete the offending fields first. We can delete the offending fields once we have your permission.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
