Hi AddisonMagazine,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If your forms are grayed out, that means it's disabled. If you want to enable those forms, here's how to do that:
- On your My Forms page, select the form you want to enable and click on More on the right side.
- Then select Enable.

Thanks for this, but I’m curious who disabled these forms … Because of something we did not do is it something that’s automatically done on your end?

Thanks for getting back to us. The possible reason why some of your forms were disabled must be because of the form settings. If you set your form and select any Disable options in the screenshot below:
Let me show you how to check the Form Status:
1. In Form Builder, go to Settings.
2. Under Form Status, you can see the status of your Form.
