Integration: How to map Zendesk form with Jotform?

I want to be able to choose a Zendesk form, similar on how the integration provides the ability to assign a Zendesk Group or tags or other custom fields.
I could not find the option to map a Zendesk form through the JotForm integration and was wondering if there is a way to activate this capability.

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, it is not possible to map the created form in Zendesk to your Jotform form. You can only create a form in Jotform and then map Jotform fields with the custom fields that you have on your Zendesk.
