My account had blocked please help , some up aftershocks banned . I can’t reach you any my device

Thanks for getting back to us. Did you try to check your IP using https://whatismyipaddress.com? It directly detects your IP address and you can share it with us to unban it from our system. It should show you the IP address as you can see below:

Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
