Bronze Account: Saying we have reached our monthly submission

    But it’s not letting us send anymore forms, it’s saying we have reached our limited of 100. I’ve gone to upgrade and it’s saying I should have 2500 form submissions per month. Can you fix this asap as I have customers waiting

    Hi ink_Masons,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Take note that the Bronze plan can receive 1,000 submissions per month, and not 2,500. The 2,500 is for Silver plan.

    Now, as for the issue, it looks like you've reached your Bronze account's Monthly Sign Document limit. It's most likely because you have the Jotform Sign Automation enabled in your form, making the submissions made count towards that limit as well.

    Since you're not aware of this, I've free up a few usage from your Monthly Sign Document limit, so your forms will continue to work. To prevent the submissions eat up your Sign Document limit, you will have to disable the Jotform Sign Automation from your Form Setting. Let me walk you through it:

    1. In the Form Builder, click on the Settings tab.

    2. Next, select Jotform Sign from the left side menu.

    3. Lastly, disable Jotform Sign Automation.
