App not loading fields on IOS

    My client is having issues with opening the app as not all fields are loading. Ahe is struggling profusely. I need a solution as this is quite worrysome.

    Hi Xander,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having an issue with this. Can you please provide me with the app URL you are referring to and I can take a look at what's going on? Let me show you where to find the App URL.

    1. In App Builder, click on Publish in the orange bar at the top of the screen.
    2. Click on copy the link button, in Your App Link.

    Hi Xander,

    Thanks for getting back to us. I opened and tested your form on iPhone 13 it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. The fields are showing up. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

    I cleared the form cache from the backend, which resolves cache related issues. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
