Image preview on Facebook

    I would like to put our form on Facebook but when I do the image shows the following.

    I would like to have the image that I have on my form. How do I go about doing that?

    Hi Info126Info,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I can see you are using the Starter plan. You'll need to upgrade the plan to remove Jotform branding. The image that you upload as logo will appear in your WhatsApp and Facebook post preview. Let me show you how you can upgrade your plan:

    • Click on your Avatar at the right top of the screen, and select Settings.
    • In the menu located on the left side of the screen, click on Upgrade.
    • Click on Upgrade plan at the bottom of each pricing plan and follow on screen instructions to upgrade the account.
