Product List: Add two options for delivery.

Delivery fee $9.95

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When you enable shipping in the product list element, you have the option to set a flat charge or charge the customer per item. However, it is not possible to provide the user with an option to select the delivery method. One workaround to achieve this is by adding a separate product for the user to select the order type. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, select the Products List payment field and click on the Shopping Basket icon.
2. Click on the + Create Product to add a new product. Let's label it as Order Type and set the Price to 0.
3. In the Options tab, click on the + Add to Add a Product Option.
4. Add two product options Delivery and Pick-up.
5. Toggle the Special Pricing Per Option button to the Yes position.
6. Add the price for Delivery to 9.95 and Pick-up to 0.
