I need access to our Jotform account

I currently work for American Security Products. About one month ago, my supervisor terminated her employment. I know that she used various Jotforms and I want to continue using them but I do not have access to the account. What do I need to do to get access. Please advise.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The only way to get access to her account is if you ask for her login credentials. Once you have access you can change the account information like the email and password associated with the account. If in any case she still using the account, you can ask her to move the forms that you need to your account. The request to transfer the forms should be initiated by her.
