How to purge deleted submissions?

Please help. My account says my data is over quota, but I deleted all form submissions. The Jotform on my site is currently unusable at https://www.mahoganybay.net/contact/sell-boat . How can I get the uploaded data permanently deleted / purged and back down to 0MB in my account?

    Hi Todd,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having an issue with this. I've checked your account and I can see that it was over the limit for uploaded space. I've recalculated the space to 95.08 MB, which is under the limit so I've gone ahead and activated the account for now.

Regarding deleting submissions. Please note, that after deleting the submission you will need to purge them only then the upload space will be increased. Let me show you how to purge the submissions once they are deleted.

    1. In the Submission Tables click on the 3 verticle dots on the tab.
    2. Select Trashed Entries in the drop-down.
    3. Check the box next to select all.
    4. Click on Delete Forever and then click on Delete in the pop-up.
