If I don't accept payments, can I keep my free account?

    Hello and Happy New Year!

    I currently have a free account and received an email today saying my forms will be disabled tomorrow unless I upgrade because I accept payments and have exceeded my limit of 1.

    If I don't accept payments, can I keep my free account?

    Can I simply delete the payment option from my form or do I need to create a new form?

    Sorry for the inconvenience. As of right now, you have 2 payment submissions. Under the Free plan, you can only receive 1 payment submission per month. Please take note that your account is in overlimit status. If you don't upgrade your account, it will be temporarily suspended.

    Yes, you can still use the Free account without the payment integration. You just need to delete it in the Form Builder. However, you already reached the limit.

    You can upgrade your account now to increase your payment submission limit. You may also wait for the monthly limits reset. The reset happens every 1st day of the month. It means that the submission counter will reset back to 0.

    I upgraded, so now I can be assured my account is not being suspended?
    If I had better understood the plans I wouldn’t be accepting payments. It would be appreciated to be able to call & speak to an actual person
    That’s kinda dirty not giving me more heads up time before suspension.

    Yes, your account will no longer be suspended since you have already upgraded your account to the Bronze plan and therefore current payment submission allowed for your account now is 10.

    I understand that you were not given much time before the suspension when your account reached its limit. Please understand that once an account reached its limit it is only given until the next day to upgrade. But, the email that contains the notice that you have reached your account limit is sent almost instantly.
