How to allow users to add as many data as they want?

Ok I am working on a registration form for a meeting. What I want to be able to do is have a button with the question are there additional attendees they want to register and if the answer is yes then have full name and email appear below the question. I want to be able to do this for as many people want to come.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I suggest that you use the Configurable List widget. This widget will allow the users to add as many people as they want just by clicking a button. You will only need to configure the fields once when using the widget.

ok so i tried that idea. What I really want is to have specified fields to pop up under each additional person instead of the user just adding names. I will include a screenshot of what i'm looking for and see what you think. I would like information or fields to pop up for each person who is added when they choose add additional attendee.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, this would be possible using the configurable list widget. You'll just have to customize the add button and inject some custom CSS code into your form to change the field layout of the configurable list widget.
