I understand that you want to cancel your JotForm subscription. I see that your account is currently holding Bronze monthly subscription that is being paid using PayPal. In order to cancel the JotForm subscription it is also required to cancel the subscription from the PayPal dashboard as well. Please follow the steps provided in the guide below to cancel the PayPal subscription so that the account shall be downgraded to Free at the end of the current subscription period.
