Update main contact email

    Morning, we have had several employee layoffs. One of our employees that left the company created several of the reports she gave us her login information. We are able to access the files, but we want to change the primary email to a greyhound email not her personal email.

    Hi Glenda,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It is easy to update your employee's email address. You need to log in first to her account and follow this workaround. Let me show you how:

    1. In your My Forms page, click on your avatar/picture in the right-hand corner of the page and select Settings.A close up of a computer screen  Description automatically generated Screenshot 10
    2. Click on the Account tab in your left-side menu.

    5. You will get an email message to verify the email address change request. Click on the Verify Now button to complete the changes. A screenshot of a email  Description automatically generated Screenshot 43
