How to Check the Email History of the Form

How do i see to whom i sent the submission?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I didn’t fully understand the issue, can you explain a bit more about what you want to do? Do you want to know the recipient of the Autoresponder on your form? If yes, you can check the email logs of your account. Let me show you how:

1. On the My Forms page, hover over your mouse to the Profile Avatar at the upper right side of the page and click Settings.

2. Click on History on the left side of the screen.
3. Select Emails on the Dropdown menu.
