How to add signature to a form?

Hello,

Is there a widget that you can type a persons name and then have them sign in the same section?  This would be used for forms that require multiple people to sign at the bottom.

We do have  E-Signature Widget which you can add to your form to ensure users filling the form signature the form before submission.

Thanks for the response, I was actually looking for a more condensed version but I think your demo is the only way to get signatures.
