Why can't people submit large photos (files) in my form

I use Jotform to collect information from individuals, and quite often people can't submit their form because their file size is too large on the photo they are submitting (we require them to submit one headshot).  And sometimes this may cause someone to lose their information, thinking they had submitted it and not realizing it didn't go through.

This typically involves them having to email me their photo separately.  But I don't want a "work around" since it requires me then to store this information in a separate location.  It's particularly frustrating since we're paying for this service.  Please help!

The file upload field in your form has the default max file size limit which is 1MB. Huge image usually has 3MB to 5MB so that's the reason why the file upload rejects the file.

You can fix it by increasing the file size limit of your file upload field.
