JotForm Cards:Payment tool's product list is inconvenient to use

Second, as our function is for food and drink delivery, I've noticed that especially on mobile devices the menu is extremely difficult to read.  Is there a way to better delineate items?  I'm using the PayPal product list option widget, and as I need to be able to have different pricing for different items, with descriptions, this seems to be the best way to go - but again, it looks incredibly confusing on a mobile device.  Example form attached. That's perfect, SO much better!! How do I duplicate this effect for all of my order forms?
