In the starter package, am I allowed 100 submissions per form or in total?

 In the starter package, am I allowed 100 submissions per form or in total?

I am going through the questions with co-workers as a test to check spelling, grammar, wording, etc. After telling them to NOT click submit, someone did so I am down one submission. 

It is the total number of submissions per account, not per form. The submission counter is reset at the first day of each month. For more details about your account usage and limits, please check this guide:
