Missing Form and Incomplete Payment

    Hi,

    We received just the payment for a transaction processed through jotform but no copy of the jotform. When a customer completes a form, it gets sent to us as well as a copy to the customer. Neither happened. Can you help me find this form that disappeared into thin air?


    Also this form which disappeared was edited for me by your team to enable a feature and I cloned it to use it on our site. This was the first transaction post cloning.

    Attached is a copy of the payment details, perhaps the time stamp on the payment email will help you find the missing form on your server?

    That data can be found in your Submissions page is on your "Incomplete Payments" tab.

    The form can be found on your My Forms page.

    You can also find it on the Search bar, just put the form ID which is "80044805157150".
