Please check your Sender email for Autoresponder (in advanced settings of Autoresponder), currently is this:
And you can set it to noreply@jotform.com:
Which would certainly work (that is the sender in your Notifier).
Additionally, check the settings for the SMTP email you set: https://www.jotform.com/help/244-How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form
