Monthly payment submissions inquiry

In the payment usage is it saying I can only receive 10 payments per month? or that have 10 payments usages that I can set up?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Monthly payment submissions, in essence, is the total number of submissions that your account may receive each month from all of your forms that include payment integrations. Upon checking, your account is on a Starter (Free) Plan, which has only 10 monthly payment submissions allocation. This will reset every month, however, if you wish to accept more, I suggest upgrading your account to a higher plan. To know more, you can visit this link about account usage and limits.
