Need Help with Emails sent from JOTFORM website.

    After a person submit a form to the jotform website, an email is automatically sent to them.  I am having the following issues with the email after it is sent:


    1. After inserting a "field" into the subject line, unidentified letters are appearing after the email is received.


    2. I would like the attachment to be named.  Right now, Jotform automatically provided a long number as the file name.


    3. The fields are NOT populating into the email properly.


    4.  I need to DELETE the email address that appears in the FROM LINE.

    Please provide us an ID of the form you are working on and a screenshot of the Autoresponder email that is received, with the errors 1, 3 and 4, that you reported.

    I assume that you are referring to a PDF attachment. The numbers that are added are the ID of the submission and it is not possible to change them.

    The form name is: Title III - Program Administration/Grants Management - Mr. Kerry Thomas

    I am attaching a screenshot of the Autoresponder email for the following questions:


    1. After inserting a "field" into the subject line, unidentified letters are appearing after the email is received.

    2. The fields are NOT populating into the email properly.  Please view the first line of the email.  I tried to insert a "field" where you see two sets of  " "  quotations.


    3.  I need to DELETE the email address that appears in the FROM LINE - located behind my job title.

    I cloned your form and I made several tests. 

    To resolve your first issue remove one space character that you added between a colon ':' and your dates, from the options of your field 'Reporting Quarter'. Currently, there are two space characters.

    I am not able to replicate the second issue. Here is the screenshot of the Auoresponder email that I received from one of my test submissions.

    Were you able to resolve this issue? 

    As you can see in the same screenshot I do not see the part of the third issue that you reported. I think that that issue is related to the email client that you are using. 


    The email address that appears in the form line is your email address, that you are using as the Sender Email of the Autoresponder email.
