Need to Customize Style/Design of Contact Form

I need to make the contact form sizes larger, like font and even "form" box fields need to be bigger. I am using JotForm on an iPad for people to use to fill in a check-in form and need to adjust it so "OLDER" people can easily see all the fields better.

Is anyone available I can hire to assist me so its styled properly?
