Our form is getting stuck on submit

Hi!

My form 62922931814963 is getting stucked at Submit. The button just generates "Waiting..."

Is there any general issues with jotform right now or is the form itself broken in some way?

I have tested your form a few times and I could not replicate the issues. I have checked if the form has any issues and seems the form is ok.

I have cleared your form cache, kindly test and let us know if the issue is resolved.

Well... The problem was still there in all my different browsers. I had to clear all caches on all browsers and devices to get it all working. Trying to explain that on my site for my users (age 80+) is hopeless... I cloned the form instead. Not the best solution, but it worked.

And by the way, something was not right at your end today. I saw a bunch of others on the forum having the same problem as me...

That's great to know. 

I think it's the way how you previously embed the form. You are now using the iframe method, and that should prevent any possible conflicts that will cause the form to get stuck. If you have other forms that have the same issue, you can do the same method of re-embedding them using the iframe. 

The other reports are likely related to embedding.

I think not. I have a lot of forms on my site. All of them are embedded using the "iframe-method". So that wasn't the problem this time. Sorry.
