Upgrade Pricing

We have been on the introductory plan for a few months now. Right now we are in the midst of our renewal period for memberships and we received a message that our responses are over the limit and our account is suspended.

We are a non profit community association. What is the cost of the bronze level plan for us? We do not anticipate more than 100 responses per year and only need one form.
