Forms are not working correctly

    Hi,

We have had reports that people cannot fill out our forms, that items are not saved, or the page expires.  It is very frustrating, because it seems to happen often.  Sometimes, if they use a computer instead of a phone, it is better, but that does not help us promote ourselves.  We lose people when they can't access forms easily.

Most recently it happened with the staff application.

We are sorry for the inconvenience, I have checked your form named Reference Form and cloned it for testing purposes. I used my mobile android device to open the form and I was able to submit the form without any issues.

Make sure your clients are using a stable internet in accessing your forms.

May we know what other forms are experiencing this issues?

    Kindly clear your form cache.-How-to-Clear-Your-Form-Cache

Let us know how it goes.

    Hi Richie,
Thanks for checking, DTS/CDTS also had a problem. I am glad you had no problem with the form. If I try a test, that usually happens too. I am more concerned that this is ongoing with our jotform account. We often have potential clients contact us about problems, which could mean there are many more who gave up because of the hassle.
I did clear the form cache as instructed.
    Becky.

I have cloned DTS/CDTS and I was able to submit the form without any issues.

Rest assured, there is no issues on going and if an issue unfolds we will be there to help right away.

May we know, are your forms embedded in your website? If yes, Can we have the URL?

    Richie,
This is where people access our forms:
    http://www.ywampa.org/join-our-staff/ or http://www.ywampa.org/training/dts/
Can you tell me if these jotform forms are phone-friendly? For any phone format?
    Thanks,
    Becky

The forms are usually mobile friendly by default.

I was able to reproduce a little form height issue with the embedded form at the http://www.ywampa.org/apply-for-dts/ page when it was accessed using a mobile device. To fix the issue I have replaced the logo element on your form with a standard image element.

If you receive any other reports from the users, provide us with as much information about the issue as possible. For example, if there are any specific errors, or if it is hanging on some specific step, etc.
