We are looking to set up a form to help us take an inventory of several satellite facilities However we don't want to always have to enter items each month that are still on hand, is there a way we could do this with jot form?
Jan 31 Inventory:
Add all furniture in inventory
Feb 28 Inventory:
add any new furniture to inventory
adjust condition of any furniture currently in inventory (without having to re-enter them)
We would need to send the forms to these satellite facilities so that we can track if it was actually done on the date, versus just having full time access.
Thank you for your help!

You could try using the Inventory widget: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/inventory
If you do not know how to add a widget to your form, please check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/252-How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-Your-Form

Thanks. I looked into the inventory widget, but it doesn't have the ability to do what we are looking for.

Based on your requirement above, it seems like you need to have the available quantity automatically updated. Our current widgets will allow you to have a limit, once it's reached then you will need to manually add more items and adjust the quantities.
You may implement your own script in case you need to load the available quantities from an external source, but the source code of your form will be required as the form builder does not accept custom codes.
