How do I send mail to customers on their birthday?

how can I auto email birthday greetings to the customer based on the birthdate details given in the Order Forms?

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that based on the date of birth selection on form, you want to automatically send a birth day email to the user on that specific date?

Though it it possible to schedule your form's auto-responder email alert to be sent on a specific date but it is not possible to configure that date based on the selection of date field of form. I would suggest you to please integrate your form with MailChimp which will help you achieve your requirement to send birthday greetings email to your users.
