I have created a form for emails.  I can not find a way to include a check box to funnel to another list for data on the same form.  I tried but could not figure that out on mailchimp.

Do you mean you would like to create multiple MailChimp integrations on the one page?

You would need to create two separate forms that both have MailChimp integrated.

Then a third form can be used to display both forms in iframe embed widgets.

    For example:

Im not sure if thats what i mean.  I know i need to create two lists to record two sets of data.  I guess what your saying is record emails with one form.  then a checkbox for the other list and then create a third form to get the two of them together?

My first example is close but it doesnt transfer the email to both iframes.

Instead I have made another demo, which uses thank you page redirects to chain three forms together. And at each submission the email address is passed along the way.
