recently some of abcasystems engineers have not been receiving email confirmation of a jotform being sent, i have checked the settings in our spam filtering and white listed the address they come from.
however that has not helped and gives the same outcome, when i checked the spam filtering for these emails they do not appear to pass through or get caught. this leads me to believe that the email of confirmation is not being sen at all.

Please provide us an ID of the form that is not sending the email Notifications. If the form has multiple recipient Email addresses, tell us which email addresses are not receiving the emails.

it is in general, if a form is complete it sends it to an email address this part is working fine,
however when the form is submitted the person that has submitted the report did not receive confirmation of the form being submitted.
I've spoke to multiple people and the form get delivered to them, but the person submitting the report does not get a 'receipt' saying that they submitted the form on this time at this date.

Does your form have an Autoresponder email? An Autoresponder email is used to send your users an email with submitted data once they submit the form. If your form does not have an Autoresponder email, please create it and test your form again.
If the form has an Autoresponder email that is not working, you will have to provide us the form ID, so that we can check the Autoresponder settings and the email logs.
