Hi I keep receiving the message "Sorry! Only one entry is allowed. Multiple submissions are disabled for this form." for multiple different submissions that have not already been submitted. I have already paid for the subscription so I am not sure what the problem is.

I checked your form and I can see that the Unique Submission option is set to "Check cookies only". This option prevents multiple submissions using the same browser.
