Tables: Missing Argument error when clicking the Charge Now button

    Hello,

I am setting up a sign-up form for our subscription business and we have the option set up to manually "Charge Now" for customers. However, when I press the Charge Now button, it says Charge Failed and "Missing Argument".

I'm not seeing any explanations as to why this is happening. Please let me know what to do.

    Hi Isabel,

Thanks for patiently waiting. We appreciate it. I've cloned and tested your form, but I was not able to replicate. I was able to push the Charge Now button. Check out my screencast below:

Can you please try charging again and see how it goes? As a precautionary, can you clear your browser caches and cookies? And try to log in to another browser.

I've cleared your form caches to fix any cache-related issues.

Keep us updated, and let us know how it goes.

Please let me know as soon as you can when this issue will be resolved. It had been working prior and it is unclear as to why it is no longer working now.

It is still not working and I have done was has been mentioned above. Additionally, how could you have cloned and tested the form and shown that it works. If your submission would've worked it would be displayed in Stripe which it is not.

    Hi Isabel,

Thanks for getting back to us. I also cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but the charge went through. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

Cloning an Existing Form is one of our features. We cloned and tested the form to see if we could replicate the issue on our end. The payment won't show up on your Stripe account since we are using the Test Mode and not the Live Mode for testing purposes and also because the transaction was made in the cloned form.

Can you try removing the Stripe integration and adding it back to see how it goes? We currently have no known issues with the Stripe integration, and we were able to charge authorized payments without issue. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. Open your form in Form Builder and select the Product List element.
    2. Click on the trash icon to remove the Stripe Payment Integration.
    3. Then click on Add Form Element, go to the Payment tab, look for Stripe and add it back.

Give it a try, and let us know how it goes

I've attempted this solution and it is still not working and saying there is a "Missing Argument"

    Hi Isabel,

Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry that you're still having difficulties with this. Because we couldn't replicate the issue, and there's no known issue with Stripe, I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developer team.

Although we don't know exactly when the issue will be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it
