Does Jotform have the following features?

Can you confirm that your product can do the following?

• Ability to add fields into the contract that are either mandatory or optional to fill in
• Ability to auto populate the contract with the signers name
• Ability to upload documents as part of the signature process
• Ability to display portions of the contract triggered by a certain input – ie. If an instructor enters US or Canada as their country, then they get the RACE section added to their contract.

That's really unfortunate. Learning to use your product isn't intuitive and actual support for how to format would go a long way for us choosing to use your service or not.
