I assume that you are referring to the Email Notifications that you are receiving when your form is submitted.
JotForm is set as the Sender Name of your email Notification.
You can select some other field of you form as the Sender Name.

You are still using "JotForm" as your sender. Please go into the edit mode of your form, then click on Settings, Form Settings, and click on the edit icon for your notification:
Then go to Recipients, and change the sender:
