Form collapse title not showing an error

Hi

When there is a field not filled out the title of the form collapse section does not show in red so my user does not know where the error is.  Please help

I have checked your form and tried to submit without inputting all the fields and it returned an error on the collapse.

I still can see the notification errors and the text highlighted in red.

When you open the collapse it won't highlight in red anymore but if you don't click it,it will remain highlighted.

Have your tried clearing your form cache?
