Hello, I am inquiring as to how I would get notifications for a client after one of their client's have filled out the form. When I set up the account, does it need to be their username and password? Or when I created the form, does it allow us to configure what the email address will be for notifications?

If I get you correctly you want to create forms for different users and you want each user to get their own notification once the form is filled.
To be able to do this then for each form you need to configure notification with the user email address such that when the form is submitted a notification is sent to the configured email.
